1.     Scope of this Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your Personal Information when you come into contact with, or use our services through our Website and any mobile application or mobile website through which you access our website or services (collectively, “Website”).

1.2. This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications or mobile platforms that are not operated by us (Linked Sites). 2.     What is Personal Information?

4.     Precise Location Information

4.1. 5.     Storage of Information

5.1. We will protect Personal Information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, however we cannot guarantee the security of information from unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure, or other circumstances outside our control.

5.2. All our information is safely and securely stored in Amazon Web Service (AWS) Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) instances. Pictures and files are stored in Amazon S3 or Amazon Simple Storage Service, a service offered by AWS that provides object storage through a web service interface.

6.    Use of Your Personal Information

6.1. We use your Personal Information collected through your use of our Website for various reasons:

a) to improve and enhance your experience of our Website;
b) to connect you with venues suited to your specifications;
c) to notify you of updates, news and special offers;
d) to enhance support and functionality to you;
e) to provide you with relevant information from third parties;
f) to respond to comments, requests and complaints and to provide technical support;
g) to conduct Website administration and ensure Website efficacy;

7.2. Establishments and venues will not receive data pertaining to your experiences at other establishments and venues. Establishments will only receive data collected about your experience at that applicable venue, such as comments, ratings and favourites.

8.1. Subject to our verification of your identity, you are permitted to request access to the Personal Information you have provided us with through your use of, and access to our Website.

8.2. You may also request that we review and correct any of that Personal Information. The accuracy of this information is solely your responsibility.

9.    Overseas Transfer

9.1. We may use ‘Mailchimp’ to provide electronic newsletters, updates, offers and other related services. We may be required to disclose to Mailchimp or Mailchimp may collect, Personal Information from you, including the email address (and any information relating to your email address) that you have provided to us for the purposes of receiving electronic content.

9.2. Mailchimp also uses cookies, web beacons and flash player codes to collect information about:

a) the type of browser and version you are using;
b) your operating system and/or similar information; and
c) when you access our electronic newsletters.

9.4. Mailchimp may transfer this information to third parties, or its contractors, who process the information on its behalf, or where otherwise required to do so by law. Mailchimp is based in USA and is subject to the laws of USA. Your information, including your IP address, will be transmitted and stored by Mailchimp on servers that are located outside Australia.

10.   Amendments to Privacy Policy

10.1. We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this Website. The date of revision will be noted.

10.2. Your continued use of the Website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy as amended.
